*CLINTONS' FORCED TO RECONSIDER ILLEGAL HOME LOAN
The grass-roots pressure from supporters of CIC, and other
organizations, is working to push Bill & Hillary Clinton to seek
a real and legitimate loan to guarantee the purchase of their $1.7
million home in wealthy Westchester County. According to Reuters
reporter Steve Holland (9/26), "The Clintons are considering options
from several lending institutions to pay for the house...and plan to apply
for a new loan within days." Reuters News Bureau also reports that
this development is a direct result of the pressure "from public
interest groups and Republicans who maintain it is essentially an
improper gift."
The Clinton Investigative Commission (CIC) thanks supporters who
took the time to call, fax, write and e-mail Congress and
the New York state legislature demanding accountability and justice for the
Clintons' illegal home-financing scheme with shyster Terry McAuliffe.
However, CIC's Linda Whitman is still asking all supporters to "remain
steadfast and vigilant. We must make sure that this is not another
Clintonesque ruse. We must ensure that the next Hillary/Bill loan-deal
will comply with all federal election laws, and all federal banking laws.
CIC's Whitman is asking supporters to "please keep up the pressure and
contact (again, for some of you) the following NY State
Assemblymen and Senators, and urge them to investigate Hillary over
the Terry McAuliffe loan as a conspiracy to bribe a public official

*NEW LAWSUIT HITS HILLARY, INVOKING GHOST OF VINCE FOSTER
Linda Tripp has filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court naming 11 White
House officials --- including Hillary Clinton --- who may have taken
part in illegally disclosing "personnel files, FBI files and other
government records." During the height of impeachment last year,
information regarding Tripp's juvenile prank was leaked to the media in
an effort to smear Ms. Tripp and her tapings of conversations with
Monica Lewinsky. The White House vehemently denied any role in this disclosure.
Now the tables are turning. In addition to the dozens of other lawsuits
filed against the White House, Tripp's charges may be more than just
another nuisance to the First Lady. It should be recalled that Linda
Tripp was an employee of the White House in 1993, and worked closely
with Vince Foster.
CIC's Jack Clayton is challenging the pro-Clinton media establishment,
and the White House, with his queries: "Has Hillary Clinton been
engaged in vicious retribution against those who know too much about
her, and her lover Vince Foster, which could sink her future political
ambitions? To me, it appears so."
Clayton says, "Ms. Tripp is still being hounded by the pro-Clinton
authorities in the state of Maryland for her supposed illegal taping of
phone conversations with Monica Lewinsky." Hopefully, Linda Tripp will
have her day in court. Stayed tuned with CIC for the latest information...
*CLINTONS' CORRUPTION CORRUPTS ABSOLUTELY
Bill Clinton, the beloved politician of many criminals, has just appointed Mr. James Lyons as a federal circuit court judge.
Mr. Lyons, was a key figure in the Whitewater, Fostergate, and Travelgate scandals, and was responsible for the hiring of the "private detective"
Jack Palladino, who threatened and intimidated numerous innocent women who had
relationships with President Clinton going back to the 1992 presidential
campaign. The "super-sleuth" Palladino was paid over $120,000 from
public money via the Clinton '96 Campaign (i.e. through FEC matching funds).
Today, Mr. Lyons is before the Senate Judiciary Committee for
confirmation. CIC's Scott Lauf is urging all supporters to "contact
Sen. Hatch and urge the Committee to reject this abhorrent nominee. Mr.
Lyons is a full-fledged crook who wishes to be cloaked in a fancy robe. This is
an outrage to the rule of law," says Lauf. Here's the contact information:
