IS E-MAILGATE THE SMOKING GUN ?
CIC has presented letters to members of the House Government Reform
Committee calling for further investigations into the
White House e-mail scandal. CIC also left each Congressman a token symbol of Clinton’s refusal to hand over this
incriminating evidence: a tiny gold-colored box labeled "Official White
House E-Mail Shredder" with a "delete" computer button inside. In the
letter to Chairman Dan Burton and others, CIC wrote: "This latest
Clinton cover-up could prove to be the ultimate smoking gun in a series
of crimes in which both Bill and Hillary Clinton have yet to be held
accountable for.....CIC’s ‘Official White House E-Mail Shredder’ perfectly
symbolizes the Clinton administration’s efforts to obstruct justice and
thwart the rule of law. Let this also serve as a reminder of the
contempt Bill Clinton holds for the institution you serve." CIC is
urging supporters to keep up pressure on Congress by contacting them at

support criminal charges and another impeachment inquiry against

has tampered with ‘zip’ files relating to Chinagate, Lewinsky, and

ELIAN vs. FIDEL CLINTON: FINAL SHOWDOWN
The fate over Elian Gonzalez is now at a critical stage. Dozens of
citizens have barricaded themselves around Elian’s Miami home as the
Clinton Justice Department and the INS plot to snatch the boy for
deportation. In a clear placation to Castro, President Clinton has
ordered his own impeachment lawyer Greg Craig to represent Elian’s
father, who may be allowed to visit the U.S., but only under heavy
Cuban security. This legal twist raises serious questions over who is paying
this high-priced attorney and why he has entered the fray on the side
of the Cuban dictator. "It is naïve to believe that Juan Miguel Gonzalez
has any paternal rights. The real father in this case is Fidel
Castro," says CIC’s Steve Miroy. "If Elian is shipped back to Cuba
against his will, he will become a ward of the communist state." CIC

MORE CLINTON CENSUS FOLLIES
Republican leaders on Capitol Hill have criticized the intrusiveness of
the "long" form of the Clinton 2000 Census and have urged citizens not
to answer questions that violate their privacy. One of the more
ridiculous questions on the form is how many bathrooms people have in
their home. As President Clinton takes to the airwaves imploring people
to fill out their forms, Census officials are still engaging in
unscientific and potentially illegal methods of tabulation. In the
state of Minnesota, prisoners are actually being paid to fill out
forms, and in Los Angeles, homeless people living in cardboard boxes and under
highway overpasses will be categorized into legitimate domiciles with
other Americans living in traditional homes. The response rate has
only been 42% (up to April 1), one of the lowest this century. "We believe
the privacy of American citizens is sacred," says CIC’s Jack Clayton.

HILLARY WHIPS UP RACIAL TENSIONS IN NYC
First Lady Hillary has teamed up with radicals Al Sharpton, Jesse
Jackson and Calvin Butts in chastising Mayor Rudy Guiliani and the New
York Police Department over the latest shooting of suspected minority
criminal Patrick Dorismond. All of them openly incited public
demonstrations which led to rock-and-bottle-throwing riots and the
injuries of 23 police officers. "Hillary’s association with radicals
and militants is nothing new considering her past support for
the Black Panthers (the original cop killers) and the Crips & Bloods,"
says CIC’s Linda Whitman. "Her desired politics of racial division and
destruction may be paying off as a new campaign strategy in her
Senate race," says CIC’s Linda Whitman. The latest Zogby poll has
her surpassing Rudy Guiliani for the first time in seven months by a
45% to 42% margin.
CANADA CITES CLINTON DONOR AS MOBSTER
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police have identified a Mr. Ho Sung Sun, a
big-time Clinton donor and friend, as a dangerous Asian mobster tied to
international drug trafficking, prostitution, money laundering,
forgery, immigrant smuggling, and dozens of other crimes. In 1997 Bill Clinton
invited Mr. Sung Sun to the White House and personally accepted a
$250,000 check. Recent reports have also linked Mr. Sung Sun with
shady members of the Kung Lok organized-crime syndicate who have illegally
funneled money to both Clinton and Al Gore. "Hooray, O’ Canada," sings
CIC’s Jack Clayton. "Perhaps we need to extradite Clinton to our
friendly northern neighbor since our courts and Congress have done
nothing to bring our Crook-in-Chief to justice."
CLINTON-GORE TOOK $$$ FROM CRIMINAL TRIBE
One element of the 1996 White House fundraising scandal which has been
ignored by the media and investigators is the fact that Indian gaming
money from numerous reservations was illegally funneled to the
Clinton-Gore re-election campaign in 1996. One example is a Mr. Mark
Nichols, CEO for the so-called Cabazon Indian Tribe of California, who
was found guilty for illegally channeling thousands of dollars to the
Clinton-Gore campaign. Mr. Nichols got off light with five years of
probation and is only the tip of the iceberg. Dozens of other tribes
are caught up in this swindle, according to some reports. Stay in

NEW POLL: 89% SAY INDICT CLINTON!
A recent on-line poll posed to visitors at Vote.com revealed that 89%
of Americans believe President Clinton should be indicted for his numerous
crimes. Only 11% disagreed. On the second day of polling, over 46,511
people have responded to the question: "Is it fair to criminally
charge President Clinton?" These overwhelmingly negative sentiments against
Mr. Clinton would be more remarkable if only the establishment press
reported them.
CLINTON CITED FOR ANOTHER CRIMINAL ACT
Federal Judge Royce Lamberth has ruled that President Clinton violated
the privacy rights of Kathleen Willey, who was sexually assaulted by
Clinton, by deliberately releasing private letters in order to smear
and slander her reputation. This is the second time Mr. Clinton has been
cited by a judge for a criminal violation. Last year, Judge Susan
Webber Wright cited Clinton for contempt of court.
CLINTON BILKS TAXPAYERS $50 M. ON LATEST GLOBETROT
Like his partner-wife Hillary, President Clinton believes the American
taxpayers should always pick up his boondoggle trips to foreign
countries. Besides the fact that Clinton’s recent junket to India,
Bangladesh, and Pakistan held zero diplomatic value for America’s
national security interest, he and his enormous entourage managed to
enjoy themselves quite elegantly at the tune of over $50 million - all
paid for by the American taxpayer. "President Clinton’s own version of
a passport is like an unlimited credit card he’ll never pay off because
he always stiffs the taxpayers with the bill," says CIC’s Jack Clayton.
Perhaps we should revoke his all his visas."
WAS FOSTER AUTOPSY REPORT TAMPERED?
Contradictory information has surfaced over the medical reports of
murdered White House aide Vince Foster. In documents available through
the National Archives but not reported by Congress nor the independent
counsel, two different versions on the gun-shot wound that took
Foster’s life are revealed. Dr. Donald Haut, who examined Foster’s body at its
location, contradicts himself when he states in his report that
Foster’s wounds were both "mouth-head" and "mouth to neck." Keep in mind that
the bullet was never found. This is just one of numerous anomalies

LIAR-IN-CHIEF HOLDS PRESS CONFERENCE
Much unlike his predecessors, President Clinton rarely holds press
conferences. But when he does, you can be assured he will tell more
than just a few whoppers. Last Wednesday, Mr. Clinton was questioned
by the press about the E-Mailgate and Chinagate scandals. Without batting
an eye, Clinton said that the White House has complied with all requests
from Congress to turn over subpoenaed e-mails (despite the
well-established fact that over 100,000 e-mails are still missing!).
Clinton also said he knew nothing of the illegal Chinese money in his
campaign and was "appalled" as the next guy when he found out. Yeah,
right. And Charlie Trie, John Huang and Charlie Chung were only
delivering fortune cookies in their over 100 combined visits to the
Oval Office.
WHO HIRED CRAIG LIVINGSTONE?
This question has long marred the investigations into Filegate and
other White House scandals. Indeed, CIC was one of the first organizations
back in 1994 to pose this question to the public with regular
demonstrations and news conferences in front of the White House. Craig
Livingstone, as you may recall, was the White House "security chief"
who illegally obtained over 1,100 FBI files former Bush and Reagan
officials. Hillary has repeatedly claimed, even under oath, that she
never even knew Craig Livingston. Now, a long-buried photo of Bill &
Hillary Clinton, standing next to Craig Livingstone and Janet Reno, has
been obtained through court process by a conservative legal group.
