CIC AT DEMOCRATIC CONVENTION
Several CIC members participated in peaceful, non-violent street theatre
at this month's Democratic National convention. CIC showed its outrage
over Gore’s criminal complicity in numerous Clinton White House scandals
with its "Tennesee Pest Control Squad" and the "Unabombers for Gore".
CIC will host a 25 city tour of these minstrels in the Fall.
CIC PROMOTES WH TOURS DURING CLINTON ABSENCE
CIC members in Washington are distributing flyers and symbolic White
House ‘keys’ to passers-by and tourists in front of 1600 Pennsylvania
Avenue. CIC is urging citizens to "get a taste of the post-Clinton era"
by taking a free White House tour while Bill & Hillary have temporarily
vacated the White House to take trips and to campaign in New York. "With
the Clintons on the way out and absent from the establishment, Americans
can honor and pride coming back again in the White House", says CIC’s Scott Lauf.
BUCHANAN CHARGES CLINTON W/ TREASON
After handily winning the Reform Party presidential nomination, Pat
Buchanan accused President Clinton of treason for his dealings with
communist China. In a C-SPAN interview, Buchanan denounced Clinton for
hosting "Chinese communist gun runners in the White House" and recalled
that "the Rosenbergs went to the electric chair for this kind of thing,"
referring to the infamous A-Bomb traitors who were executed for selling
secrets to the Soviets. CIC’s Jack Clayton says "we need Pat Buchanan
out there speaking the truth."
CIC RETURNS TO SENATE TO STOP PNTR
Just how cozy is the Clinton administration to Red China? It has been
recently disclosed that top Chinese officials are being hosted at a
secret military facility in southern Virginia. This is all the more
reason why the PNTR trade bill for China must be rejected. On September
5th the Senate has scheduled for debate to begin on PNTR. CIC will
revisit the Senate to speak against PNTR. CIC asks all
supporters to tell their Senators to oppose this treasonous legislation.

DEM. CONGRESSMAN ACCUSES RENO OF TREASON, BLACKMAIL
Democratic Rep. James Traficant of Ohio, well-known for his renegade
independence, recently disclosed that he had evidence of blackmail
regarding Janet Reno and the Chinagate scandal. He states that Janet
Reno was bribed to not appoint any independent counsel into the 1996
fundraising scandal. Rep. Traficant also claims that he has five
affidavits from individuals who say Attorney General Reno was repeatedly
arrested for DUI and make many other strange allegations.
WILL NEW GRAND JURY INDICT CLINTON?
A new grand jury has been impaneled to investigate, and possibly indict,
President Clinton for perjury and obstruction of justice. “Clinton
should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” says CIC’s Steve
Miroy. “If the legal experts are right and this grand jury is indeed
impartial, then Clinton will be facing criminal charges in January 2001
when he leaves office.” That is, if Independent Counsel Robert Ray does
not cover-up the facts like he did in Travelgate and Filegate. Stay

SCHIPPERS BOOK CALLS ‘IMPEACHMENT TRIAL A SHAM’
David Schippers, a Democrat prosecutor and former lead counsel on
impeachment for the House Judiciary Committee, is making waves on
Capitol Hill with his explosive new book “Sellout: The Inside Story of
President Clinton’s Impeachment.” Schippers, in particular, targets not
only those Senators who were spineless and cowardly and voted for
acquittal, but also Senate Republican leaders who stymied the trial by
limiting debate and forbidding witnesses. Schippers also contends that
dozens of House members who reviewed the OIC and FBI papers had full
knowledge of Clinton’s rapes of several other women – not just Juanita Broaddrick.
DID GORE ILLEGALLY INFLUENCE 1996 VOTE COUNT?
Mr . Schippers, in a recent op-ed in the Wall Street Journal, has also
lobbed a bomb at the doorstep of Al Gore. As part of his oversight
investigation of the Justice Department, Schippers came across evidence
of White House politicization of the INS and its citizenship programs.
In particular, he found evidence of Al Gore illegally pressuring the INS
to expedite its Citizenship USA program to grant citizenship to hundreds
of thousands of illegal aliens just in time for them to register and
vote in the 1996 elections. Of those illegal aliens, over 75,000 had
criminal arrest records including the crimes of murder, rape and child sexual abuse.
PORNGATE: ANOTHER SCANDAL TARNISHES WHITE HOUSE!
Americans who watch NBC’s weekly “West Wing” program would be in for a
shock if they only knew what really happens in Clinton’s ‘West Wing’ of
the White House during business hours. Recently, an outside computer
consultant, hired by the White House to enhance the security of its
computer network system, discovered an enormous amount of pornographic
materials coming through its “firewall” system, according to
WorldNetDaily.com. The cyber-porn in question contained largely of
homosexual, bestial, and pedophilic videos – material so disgusting that
it cannot not be described here even in scientific terms. “Heads should
roll over this!” says CIC. “’America’s Most Wanted’
criminals for child pornography and pedophilia are right inside the
White House!” CIC urges all supporters to contact their members of

CENSUS BUREAU ENDORSES DEM. CONVENTION
The U.S. Census Bureau permitted its name and logo to be used to endorse
a political event at the Democratic convention, and it sent three bureau
employees to attend, both of which are violations of federal law. Rep.
Dan Miller (R-FL), chairman of the subcommittee overseeing the census,
has called for an investigation. “The Census Bureau has publicly shown
its true colors: they support Al Gore,” says CIC’s Mike Davis. “Already
Census 2000 is in trouble for dubious redistricting which will favor the
Democrats in future elections. Now, we have to worry if their influence
could tilt the election to Al Gore.”
E-MAILGATE UPDATE: CLINTON CLAIMS EXEC. PRIVILEGE
As evidentiary hearings continue over the White House E-Mailgate
scandal, Bill Clinton has invoked “executive privilege” to prevent
former Chief of Staff and Clinton crony Mack McLarty from testifying in
the matter. “In his waning days as President, it is abundantly clear
that Clinton will abuse his powers to no end to cover up his crimes,”
says CIC’s Steve Miroy. McLarty, however, has admitted that White House
officials Daniel Barry and Jake Siewert have given false statements in
the matter, which could lead to perjury charges. In a related
development, Richard Haas, a former White House computer contractor who
has received death threats, revealed that both Bill Clinton and Al Gore
have used e-mail “aliases” which may hinder a proper search for the
missing criminal e-mails.
BREAK-IN AT GORE WHISTLEBLOWER’S OFFICE
Only days before Howard Sparks, a career White House network specialist,
was scheduled to testify in the E-Mailgate scandal, he discovered that
his office was broken into. Mr. Sparks initially blew the whistle on
the so-called “Mad Deleter” who was hired by Al Gore to delete specific
e-mails from the network. None of Gore’s e-mails were properly
archived, nor have they been retrieved.
CLINTON SMOKES ‘SMOKEY THE BEAR’
As more than 5 million acres in Western states continue to be ravaged by
devastating forest fires, it was recently disclosed that Bill Clinton’s
budget requests diverted tens of millions of dollars away from national
firefighting efforts. Clinton slashed the Interior Department’s
funding for fire prevention from $322 m. to $305 m. and the Bureau of
Land Management’s fire budget from $400 m. to $297 m. This shifted
revenue will now go towards President Clinton’s ongoing land-grab
initiatives which seek to federalize even more western land into
so-called “National Monuments.” Congress intends to hold hearings into
the matter when they return from recess.
WH FLEECES TAXPAYERS $292 M. ON FOREIGN TRAVELS
A recent report by the General Accounting Office (GAO) reveals that the
White House has spent over $292 million in tax dollars on foreign
travels by President Clinton, Al Gore and Hillary. However, this figure
is only for air travel and does not include Secret Service, lodging and
other expenses. CIC believes the real amounts are ten times greater.
In the coming weeks, Clinton will fleece the taxpayers even more as he
travels to Africa, Colombia, and then to New York City to propose
sweeping global powers for the United Nations during its Millenium Summit.
DEMS. PAY EMBEZZLER OVER $1 MILLION
The Democratic National Committee, two congressional Democratic
committees, and Al Gore’s presidential campaign paid over $1 million to
convicted embezzler Michael Ansara for “telemarketing services.”
According to former U.S. Attorney Joe diGenova, this payment was “hush
money” to silence Ansara’s knowledge of Gore’s and the DNC’s criminal
involvement with the illegal 1996 fundraising schemes involving the Teamsters.
CLINTON ABANDONS AMERICAN HELD IN RUSSIAN PRISON
Retired U.S. Navy Capt. Edmond Pope, who served a long and distinguished
career in Naval Intelligence, has been held for the last four months by
the Russians in the infamous Lefortovo Prison, falsely accused of
espionage. President Clinton and his State Department have done nothing
to help gain freedom for Capt. Pope. However, Rep. John Peterson (R-PA)
has taken a stand and has introduced H. Res. 364, along with 110
co-sponsors, which calls for a cut-off in foreign aid to Russia unless
Capt. Pope is immediately released. Please contact your Congressman and

CLINTON’s LEGACY OF EXECUTIVE ORDERS
No other president in American history has abused his “executive” powers
than Bill Clinton, who has issued over 450 unconstitutional Executive
Orders since taking office. His most recent one – EO 13166 – officially
mandates that all federal agencies become ‘multilingual’ by catering to
foreign minorities in their native languages. This could have
reverberating effects upon private entities which receive federal
assistance. But this order is certainly not the last one. In his
waning days as president, Clinton is expected to issue a flurry of
illegal executive orders to placate leftist organizations and their
agendas, particularly the environmentalists and the homosexuals.
GORE ACCEPTS DEBATE ON “ETHICS IN GOV’T”
In a bold campaign move, Vice President Al Gore has accepted an
invitation to participate in a debate sponsored by Judicial Watch, which
has over 40 pending lawsuits against the White House. The topic of the
debate is restoring ethics in government and is tentatively scheduled
for October 20th. It was expected that only third-party candidates
would participate. “George W. Bush should change his mind and
debate,” says CIC’s Jack Clayton. “This is a prime opportunity for Bush."
CLINTONS STILL OWE $3.9 M. IN LEGAL BILLS
The Clintons have raised $1 million the first half of this year for
their legal defense fund. However, they still owe $3.9 million to
several lawyers who have been defending them in every scandal since 1993
from Whitewater and Filegate to Travelgate and E-Mailgate. The First
Couple has set a world record for White House legal bills which ought to
be noted in the Guinness Book of World Records.
HOLLYWOOD RAISES $6 M. FOR HILLARY, DEMS
Tinseltown’s liberal and very wealthy elite held a grand party for both
Bill & Hillary Clinton preceding the Democratic convention. Hillary
raked in over $1 million for her Senate campaign at this one-night
bash. Typical Clintonites like John Travolta and Cher were in
attendance. And Barbra Streisdand’s post-convention party at the Shrine
Auditorium pulled in a whopping $5 million for the Democratic party.
DIMAGGIO DESPISED CLINTON
Legendary New York Yankees player Joe DiMaggio hated Bill Clinton so
much that he refused to be seen with him in public and spurned his
telephone calls, according to the latest Vanity Fair. On one occasion
when DiMaggio was recovering in the hospital from lung cancer in 1998,
he refused a phone call from President Clinton. And when Time magazine
held its 75th anniversary party at Radio City Music Hall, DiMaggio
refused to attend if he would be seated near Clinton.
LADY STRIPS FOR CLINTON ON HIS B-DAY
On his 54th birthday President Clinton took a short trip to Lake Placid,
NY. While there, a young female fan approached him and requested his
autograph on her T-shirt. After Mr. Clinton obliged with his John
Hancock, the young lady promptly took off her shirt, as if she was
greeting a raunchy rock star, not the President of the United States.
While Clinton no doubt enjoyed this indecent exposure, this sort of
behavior just goes to demonstrate how far this president has debased the
