*CONGRESS MOVES ON CIC'S DEMANDS TO STOP "AIR HILLARY"

Due in part to the months-long investigative work of CIC and the efforts of its grass-roots supporters, the House of Representatives has taken steps to reign in Hillary Clinton's taxpayer-funded air travel for her Senate campaign. An amendment to make Hillary Clinton pay the full cost when she uses government planes was attached to the Campaign Finance Reform Bill (H.R. 417) and was approved in the House by a vote of 261 to 167, with 46 Democrats voting in its favor. This is a big victory for you and CIC.

CIC's Scott Lauf says "please send thank-you letters to Rep. John Sweeney (R-NY) and to encourage him and his colleagues to keep fighting for accountability of Hillary's continued fleecing of the American taxpayer" with hearings.

As CIC continues in its efforts to uncover the illegal expenditures of Hillary Clinton, and has posted new findings on its website http://www.impeachclintonagain.org Please visit often for updates.

CIC is also urging supporters to keep up the heat on Congress by demanding full hearings into the matter and for the Senate to pass a version of Rep. John Sweeney's bill, which must be introduced by a Senator. Please contact your Congressman and Senators at http://www.impeachclinton.org/resources.php?article=contact and continue to call, fax and write the following committees:

*CAN WACO BRING DOWN BILL & HILLARY?

As more evidence continues to surface from the Waco debacle, it has become increasingly clear that the Clinton administration deliberately planned the massacre of 86 innocent men, women and children. Recent reports have indicated that at least three Texas hospitals were instructed to set aside beds in their special "burn units" days before the FBI torched the Davidian compound. Another report and a shocking video (both now in the hands of Congress) have exposed FBI, BATF and Delta Force agents firing dozens of bullets into the Waco complex --- which may explain why over 20 Davidian bodies were riddled with gunshots. These agents who took an active role in this raid, and those in the subsequent cover-up, should no doubt be held accountable. But the ultimate responsibility for this tragedy lies at the White House.

As CIC reported in its last broadcast, First Lady Hillary received secret memos during the planning and execution of the Waco raid, and she may have been involved in the removal of Waco-related documents from the office of Vince Foster on the night he was murdered. Now it has come to light that the Waco siege goes back to Little Rock before Bill & Hillary even entered the White House! It has been revealed that BATF agent Bill Buford, a certified "Friend of Bill" stationed in Little Rock, was investigating the Davidians a full month before Clinton was inaugurated President on January 20, 1993. Could Bill & Hillary Clinton have planned the Waco massacre while he was still Governor of Arkansas? If so, extremely serious crimes have been committed.

CIC's Jack Clayton is demanding that both Bill and Hillary Clinton be brought to justice for their part in this horrible tragedy. "While an independent investigation by Sen. Danforth may be a welcoming first step, this must not result in another cover-up in which the FBI or other agencies become the sole scapegoats for the White House or the Attorney General," states Mr. Clayton. "It has become more and more evident that the planning and direct orders to carry out this massacre may have come straight from Bill and Hillary Clinton."

Mr. Clayton says "contact Congressman Dan Burton, who is leading the charge for a new Waco investigation, and demand that full congressional hearings take place." (And) "It is Congress' constitutional duty to investigate wrongdoing by executive branch agencies, not some independent investigator appointed by Janet Reno and approved by Bill Clinton," says Clayton.

*CLINTON'S PARDON OF TERRORISTS A CAMPAIGN GIFT TO HILLARY

Despite Hillary's flip-flop on the issue, President Clinton's disgraceful pardon of 12 Puerto Rican terrorists of the murderous FALN must be investigated by the Congress. Urge Hearings. The pardons help Hillary's Senate campaign, a deceitful attempt by the First Lady to pander to the voters of New York at the expense of the terrorists' victims and taxpayers!

*BILL & HILLARY'S NY HOME PURCHASE AN ILLEGAL TRANSACTION

Several days before other organizations jumped on the issue, CIC was the first to recognize that Hillary and Bill Clinton's purchase of a $1.3 million home in posh Westchester County as an illegal transaction. Due to the Clinton's outstanding legal debt of over $5 million, Clinton crony Terry McAuliffe backed their $1.3 million home loan with his own money. In essence, McAuliffe's money in this deal is considered a "gift" to the Clintons --- which would constitute a violation of federal gifts to Executive Branch members and FEC candidate laws.

>>>Stay tuned with CIC and http://www.impeachclintonagain.org for the latest Clinton transgressions - CIC plans an event in NYC on Oct. 18. We have new postings on Clinton's Internet Executive Order and related congressional legislation, as well as fresh humor from our webmaster and cartoonist Mr. Jim Huber. Huber is a complete and total genius who still is quite humble in spite of his great accomplishments and notoriety.
